Speed Controllers are equipped with a push-in function that helps to regulate airflow to control the operational speed in pneumatic circuits. The push-in function provides the flow control valves for connecting or disconnecting the tubing easily. Speed Controllers which is also known as Flow control valves control flows in one direction, allowing free flow in the opposite direction.

Push-to-pull, push-to-connect, push-in, push-fit, or instant fittings are a type of easily removed compression fitting or quick connect fitting that allows an air (or water) line to be attached, nominally without the use of tools (a tool is still usually required for cutting tubing to length and removal).
A pneumatic check valve, or air check valve, allows airflow and prevents it from going out. They are often simply called one-way air valves. The most common application is for an air compressor. A pneumatic check valve allows the compressor to keep certain parts pressurized and other parts de-pressurized.
