Hose & Pipe Floater
Description
Hose & Pipe Floaters are buoyancy devices designed to support and maintain the flotation of hoses, pipelines, cables, and other floating systems on water surfaces. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shells filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam, floaters provide excellent buoyancy, durability, and resistance to impact, UV exposure, corrosion, and harsh marine environments.
These floaters are commonly installed around dredging pipelines, slurry hoses, discharge hoses, marine fuel hoses, water transfer hoses, and offshore pipelines to keep them afloat, reduce stress on connections, and ensure safe and efficient operation.
Applications
Hose & Pipe Floaters are widely used in:
- Dredging Operations
- Mining & Mineral Processing
- Marine & Offshore Industries
- Oil & Gas Transfer Systems
- Floating Pipeline Systems
- Slurry & Sand Transfer Lines
- Water Intake & Discharge Pipelines
- Floating Fuel Transfer Hoses
