Construction

• Inner Tube: PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene, Teflon®) – smooth bore or convoluted

• Reinforcement: Stainless steel wire braid (single or double, depending on pressure rating)

• Cover: Stainless steel braid exposed (optionally with outer protective layer such as silicone or PVC sheath)

• Surface: Braided finish

Temperature Range
-54℃ to +204℃ (up to +232℃ intermittent)

Applications
SAE 100 R14 hydraulic hose is designed for hydraulic systems with high temperature, aggressive chemicals, or food-grade applications. It is widely used in chemical transfer, steam, solvents, gases, oils, and food & beverage industries. The PTFE core provides excellent resistance to almost all fluids and ensures non-stick performance.
