Dredge Suction Hose

ASHFLEX® Dredge Suction Hose is specially designed for suctioning seawater, sand, silt, mud, slurry and other abrasive dredging materials. Its heavy-duty construction provides excellent vacuum resistance, abrasion protection and structural stability for demanding dredging, marine and reclamation operations.

The reinforced hose body and embedded steel-wire helix help prevent collapse, kinking and crushing under suction loads. It is suitable for installation between dredging pumps, suction pipes and cutter-head systems.

• Inner Tube: Thick, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber suitable for sand, silt, slurry and seawater
• Buffer Layer: High-strength rubber compound providing strong adhesion between the inner tube and reinforcement
• Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-tensile synthetic textile with excellent strength and crack resistance
• Steel-Wire Helix: Heavy-duty embedded steel-wire coils for vacuum resistance and structural stability
• Outer Cover: Synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, weather, seawater, oil and external impact
• Temperature Range: -25°C to +80°C
• Vacuum Rating: Full-vacuum capability, subject to hose size and construction
