Floating Dredge Hose

ASHFLEX® Floating Dredge Hose is specially designed for transferring seawater, silt, sand, slurry and other dredged materials through floating pipelines. It is suitable for dredging operations in ports, terminals, rivers, coastal areas and rough-water environments.

The hose combines excellent abrasion resistance with built-in buoyancy, flexibility and resistance to marine weather. It can accommodate wave movement and pipeline bending while maintaining dependable performance during demanding dredging and reclamation operations.

• Inner Tube: High-quality, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber suitable for seawater, silt, sand and dredging slurry
• Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-tensile synthetic textile with steel-wire reinforcement for strength and structural stability
• Flotation Layer: Integrated closed-cell buoyancy material designed to keep the hose floating during operation
• Outer Cover: Heavy-duty rubber compound resistant to weather, ultraviolet exposure, ozone, seawater and abrasion
• Temperature Range: -25°C to +80°C
• Bending Angle: 0° to 45°, depending on hose size and construction
• End Connections: Built-in flanges or other customised connections
