ASHFLEX® Ultra High Pressure Water Blast Hose is engineered for demanding cleaning, descaling and surface-preparation applications requiring extremely high water pressure. Its multiple high-tensile steel-wire spiral reinforcement provides exceptional pressure strength, while its wear-resistant outer cover offers durability in industrial, marine and offshore environments.

Available in different pressure classes and sizes, the hose must always be selected according to the equipment’s maximum operating pressure, flow rate, temperature and connection requirements.

• Inner Tube: Smooth synthetic rubber or thermoplastic compound resistant to water and compatible cleaning fluids
• Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-tensile steel-wire spiral for exceptional pressure capacity
• Outer Cover: Abrasion, ozone and weather-resistant synthetic material
• Working Pressure: Up to 2,500–3,200 Bar, depending on hose size and model
• Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C, depending on the selected model
