ASHFLEX® Fuel Hose is designed for the safe transfer of petroleum-based fuels, including petrol, diesel, kerosene and compatible biodiesel blends. Manufactured with oil-resistant synthetic rubber and high-tensile reinforcement, it provides reliable pressure performance, flexibility and durability in automotive, marine and industrial fuel systems.

Different tube compounds are available to suit specific fuel types, aromatic content, operating temperatures and pressure requirements.

Typical Hose Construction

• Inner Tube: Smooth, oil and fuel-resistant synthetic rubber compatible with specified petroleum products
• Reinforcement: High-tensile synthetic-fibre braid or multiple textile layers for flexibility and pressure resistance
• Outer Cover: Synthetic rubber resistant to oil, weather, ozone and abrasion
• Working Pressure: 10–20 Bar, depending on hose size and construction
• Temperature Range: -30°C to +100°C, depending on the transferred fuel and hose model
• Aromatic Content: Suitable for fuels containing up to 50% aromatic hydrocarbons, subject to the selected tube compound
• Standards: Available according to relevant SAE, ISO or EN fuel-hose specifications
