Twin Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint (FTC) is engineered to provide superior flexibility, vibration absorption, and noise reduction in piping systems. Its dual-sphere design enhances movement capability while reducing spring rates, making it ideal for heavy-duty industrial applications.

Construction Features

Body: High-grade synthetic rubber (EPDM, NBR, Neoprene, or customized options) for resistance against water, oil, chemicals, and weather.

Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high tensile synthetic cord to withstand internal pressure.

End Connections: Carbon steel / galvanized / stainless steel flanges or threaded ends.

Design: Twin-sphere structure allows greater axial, lateral, and angular movements compared to single sphere joints.

Temperature Range: -20°C to +120°C (depending on rubber material).

Working Pressure: Up to 16 Bar (higher ratings on request).
