ASHFLEX® UHMWPE Chemical Hose 16 Bar is engineered for the safe suction and discharge of a wide range of aggressive chemicals, acids, solvents and corrosive liquids.

Its translucent UHMWPE inner tube provides excellent chemical resistance while maintaining flexibility and a smooth flow path. The multi-layer textile reinforcement and embedded steel-wire helix provide reliable pressure strength and vacuum resistance. An embedded copper wire supports static-charge dissipation when correctly connected and grounded.

• Inner Tube: Smooth, translucent UHMWPE lining with excellent resistance to many aggressive chemicals, acids and solvents
• Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-tensile synthetic textile cord supported by an embedded steel-wire helix
• Outer Cover: Blue EPDM-blend synthetic rubber resistant to chemicals, abrasion, weather and ozone
• Antistatic Feature: Embedded copper wire for electrical continuity and static-charge dissipation
• Working Pressure: 16 Bar (approximately 232 PSI)

Safety Notice: When transferring flammable or static-prone liquids, the embedded copper wire must be correctly connected to conductive end fittings. The electrical continuity of the completed assembly should be tested before operation.
