Steam/Hot Water Hose
Our steam hose is a high-pressure, heat-resistant hose designed for the safe transfer of saturated and superheated steam in industrial cleaning, chemical processing, oil refineries, and manufacturing plants. Constructed from EPDM or synthetic rubber compounds with excellent heat and ozone resistance, steam hoses are reinforced with high-tensile textile cords and/or steel wire braiding for added strength and flexibility. These hoses are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures—typically up to 232°C (450°F) for saturated steam—and high working pressures, while maintaining integrity under pulsating and harsh operating conditions. Steam hoses are essential for steam cleaning, sterilization, and heat transfer applications where safety and durability are critical.
